Kenlake State Resort Park, Aurora

I had an interesting stay that came with its ups and downs. The lodge has a nice location by the lake, perfect for a serene getaway, and I enjoyed the evenings on the screened porch. However, the maintenance issues couldn't be overlooked, and the dining experience definitely left room for improvement. Overall, it was a decent place, but I wouldn't rush back.

The accommodations were comfortable, and the breakfast was a lovely bonus. However, I was a bit disappointed that the pool was under renovation during my visit.
