Kenlake State Resort Park Aurora, Aurora

I had an interesting stay that came with its ups and downs. The lodge has a nice location by the lake, perfect for a serene getaway, and I enjoyed the evenings on the screened porch. However, the maintenance issues couldn't be overlooked, and the dining experience definitely left room for improvement. Overall, it was a decent place, but I wouldn't rush back.

I had a great time at this resort! The beautiful lake view and the cleanliness of the lodge definitely stood out, making it a memorable stay. The accommodations were comfortable, and the breakfast was a lovely bonus. However, I was a bit disappointed that the pool was under renovation during my visit. Overall, the staff was genuinely friendly, and I appreciated their attentiveness throughout my stay.
